Duty of care

Safeguarding you can actually evidence.

For a committee responsible for hundreds of children, "we think everyone's vetted" isn't good enough. FullPanel makes vetting visible, current, and provable — and it's included in every paid plan, never an upsell.

The register

Vetting can't live in someone's head.

Vetting on every mentor

Garda vetting status and expiry on the 3-year cycle for every mentor, with warnings on the dashboard before it lapses — plus coaching qualifications, brought in from your Foireann export when members have linked their Tobar account.

Gaps flagged loudly

Anyone coaching underage without current vetting is surfaced on the dashboard automatically — before it becomes a problem, not after.

Access enforced in the database

Club admin sees all; each mentor sees only their own teams; a dedicated Children's Officer role gets the vetting register. Enforced in the database, not just hidden in the interface.

The member app

Strict age rules, by design.

The member app follows hard age rules for children's accounts — they're built into how accounts work, not a setting a club can forget to turn on.

Under-16s are guardian-only — parents and guardians hold the account and act for their child.
16–17 needs recorded guardian consent — before a player of that age manages their own membership.
Adults manage themselves — and guardians switch between their children on one screen.
Team selection stays private — lineups are visible to the management team only, never shown to parents.
GDPR by design

Your club stays the data controller.

Children's data is the most sensitive thing a club holds. FullPanel is built around that fact.

EU hosting & encryption

Data is hosted in the EU (Ireland) and encrypted, with role-based access to children's data throughout.

A proper DPA

Your club remains the data controller under a Data Processing Agreement, with member export and erasure on request. Read the privacy policy.

Questions

Safeguarding questions, answered.

Is our members' data safe — especially children's?

Yes. Data is hosted in the EU (Ireland), encrypted, and access is role-based so a coach sees only their own teams. Your club remains the data controller under a Data Processing Agreement, with member export and erasure on request.

Can different officers have different access?

Yes. Invite your committee and set roles: Owner/Admin, Treasurer (payments & fundraising), Children's Officer (the vetting register), Coach/Mentor (their own teams) or Read-only. Access is enforced in the database, not just hidden in the interface.

Where does the vetting information come from?

Upload your Foireann export (or any Excel/CSV) — anyone with Garda vetting or a coaching qualification is brought in as a coach, with their vetting and coaching awards shown in the safeguarding register. Coaching qualifications flow through when a member has linked their Tobar account to Foireann.

Is safeguarding an extra cost?

No — safeguarding is included in every paid plan. Child-safety tools are never an upsell. See pricing.
