What do I get free, and what does the Coach plan add?
Free gets you your team workspace: your panel, schedule, the matchday board with live scores and subs, training plans, and up to 20 saved materials and tactics. The Coach plan — €6/month or €59/year, billed to you, cancel anytime — adds unlimited materials and tactics, document and PDF uploads, per-player match stats, the Season dashboard, AI tactic drafts, and a bigger daily allowance of AI session plans — the generator shows how many you have left, the same way the board does for tactic drafts. Your first month is a 30-day free trial (first-time subscriptions).
How does “Draft with AI” work?
Describe the play in a sentence — “short kickout routine: 2 and 4 split wide, 6 drops to receive” — and it lands on the board as an animated, fully editable tactic. It’s a starting point, not a finished coach: you review and edit before anything is shared. Nothing ever goes to your players without you sending it.
What does “N drafts left this month” mean?
AI drafting has a monthly allowance per club or workspace — the board shows exactly how many drafts you have left, and the counter resets on the 1st. A draft counts when it’s generated, even if you discard it, so give the AI a specific description first time.
Do I need my club’s permission or a committee vote?
No. Coach is billed to you personally — sign up at fullpanel.net/coach, name your team, and you’re on the board in about two minutes. If your club joins FullPanel later, your teams and season records move across intact — and when your club upgrades, contact us (support@fullpanel.net) and we’ll credit the Coach months you’ve paid against the club’s first year.
How do I get a tactic to my players?
Three ways: Share it to your players’ member app, download the animation as a video (GIF), or send it straight to WhatsApp — on your phone it drops right into the team chat.
Does matchday tracking work with bad pitch-side coverage?
Yes. Scores, stats and subs are queued on your phone if the signal drops and sync automatically when coverage returns — nothing you tapped is lost.
Where do season stats come from?
From matches you confirm as final on the Matchday board. Each confirmed match settles into the Season tab — record, form, scorers, leaderboards, game-time equity and match recaps — with nothing extra to fill in. If you fix an error later, the match flags itself for re-confirmation so the record stays honest.
Who can see player ratings and stats?
Only you and any co-coaches you invite. Ratings and per-player stats are never shown to players or parents, and team selection is never announced through FullPanel — that stays within the management team. The game-time equity report deliberately shows minutes only, no ratings.
Can I share the workload with a selector or co-coach?
Yes — invite a co-coach by email from Team setup. Your first co-coach seat is free; they can run sessions, tactics and matchday on your teams.
What does the referee get?
A proper match sheet — fixture details, 1–15 plus subs, signature lines — printed or saved as PDF from the board. You can also share a team-sheet link that expires after 7 days.
Where does my players’ data live, and who controls it?
EU-hosted (Ireland), encrypted, with access enforced in the database — you only ever see the teams you coach. You can export a player’s data or delete it on request, and juvenile data has fixed age rules built in: under-16s can never log in directly, only a guardian.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel anytime from inside the app; you keep access to paid features until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Nothing is deleted — your tactics, materials and season records all stay, and everything you’ve already saved stays usable. What needs an active plan again: adding new items past the free cap of 20, per-player match stats and the Season dashboard.
