These are the service providers FullPanel uses to run the product. Where a club's member data is involved, FullPanel is the club's processor and these providers act as sub-processors under our Data Processing Agreement.
We give clubs at least 30 days' notice by email before adding a new sub-processor, and a club that reasonably objects may terminate.
| Provider | Role | What it processes |
|---|---|---|
| Stripe | Payments | Card payments, subscriptions and payouts. Cardholder details are entered on Stripe's own pages — FullPanel never sees or stores card numbers. Stripe receives payer name/email and the payment amount. |
| Supabase | Database hosting | The application database (EU region, eu-west-1) — member records, teams, schedules, attendance and the payments ledger are stored here on the club's behalf. |
| Vercel | Application hosting | Runs the FullPanel application and serves the website. Request data passes through it; the database itself is not hosted here. |
| Clerk | Sign-in and accounts | Authentication for club staff and member-app accounts: email address, name, and sign-in credentials/sessions. |
| Resend | Email delivery | Sends the product's emails (invitations, payment notices, session updates). Receives the recipient address and the message content. |
| Anthropic | AI drafting features | Powers the AI tactic/session-plan drafting and the in-app assistant. Receives the text a coach types into those features and the sport/format context — the features are designed to work without member personal data, and no member records are sent to them by the product. |
